Refund Policy

1. Fourteen-day guarantee
If Sendfeather is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first paid subscription and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked.
2. Renewals
Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable, but if you cancel within 72 hours of a renewal charge and have not used the plan's sending allowance in that period, we will refund the renewal on request.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. Abuse
Accounts terminated for violating our acceptable-use rules (for example, sending spam) are not eligible for refunds.
