1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and password hash when you register.

Sending data: the emails you submit through the API or dashboard — recipient addresses, subject lines, message content, and delivery events (accepted, delivered, bounced, complained). This data is processed on your instructions: for the recipients of your emails, you are the data controller and we are a processor.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

We use this data solely to operate the Service: transmitting your email, showing you delivery status, protecting sender reputation (automatic do-not-send lists for bounces and complaints), securing accounts, and billing.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of your emails for advertising or for training machine-learning models.

3. Third parties we rely on

Email delivery is performed through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) in the EU (Frankfurt region). Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; we never see your card details. DNS automation, when you connect it, uses the Cloudflare API with tokens you authorise.

4. Retention

Message content is retained only as long as needed to provide delivery tracking, after which it is deleted. Delivery metadata and events are retained while your account is active. Closing your account deletes your data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention of billing records.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the Turkish KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Browser extension and public tools

The Sendfeather browser extension and the email checker on this site run their DNS lookups in your browser, directly against public DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers — Cloudflare, falling back to Google. We receive nothing from these lookups and log nothing about what you check. The extension stores nothing: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking.
