Delivery updates

Push every delivery event to your own endpoint.

Create an endpoint under Webhooks in the dashboard, and Sendfeather posts each event as it happens — the same events the Activity timeline shows.

  • delivery — the recipient's mail server accepted the message
  • bounce — hard or soft; hard bounces join the do-not-send list
  • complaint — the recipient marked the message as spam
  • open, click — engagement, when tracking is enabled for the workspace
  • suppress — an address joined the do-not-send list

Signatures

Every request is signed with the endpoint's secret. Verify the signature before trusting the payload — the endpoint URL is a credential, but the signature is what proves the request is ours.

The do-not-send list

Bounces and complaints join the do-not-send list automatically, and sends to suppressed addresses are refused with a clear reason at send time. One bad address never becomes a reputation problem.
